Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Once you buy a ticket through our website you are entering into an agreement that you cannot request a refund if for some reason you cannot make the event. If an event is cancelled we will offer a full refund, if an event is postponed we will offer you tickets for the new date, you will then have 7 days to accept or request a refund. After the 7 days have passed all tickets will be transferred over to the new event date.

Can someone else use my ticket?

Yes, if for some reason you cannot attend an event you may pass this ticket over to a friend or sell privately, there will be no need to change the name, we will scan the code on the ticket which is the only validation we require.

What happens if I lose my ticket?

If you lose your original ticket in your emails you can request a resend by simply emailing on on info@blockrockinevents.co.uk
